Critique for May 4, 2025 Worship Service

A look at and suggestions to make the worship on May 4, 2025 better: 

1. PPT:  Can we add proper intro slides and timers to get our service started.   This might help us get started on time eventually.  :-) 
2. Light Center / Speaker Light turned on late at 0:40
3. Streaming Camera:  zoomed in and out at 0:30
4. Sound:  Sound disappeared on 11:30 (after announcements) came back at 20:35 (tail end of the 2nd song).  A whole chunk of praise and worship omitted.

6. PPT:  Show lyrics at the bottom of the screen
7. Streaming Camera:  24:30, Camera followed the crowd.  
8. Audio: 27:00 Sam's microphone level is very low and needs to be in the right level.  
9. Tech:  28:11:  Sam's music is not ready
10. Tech:  30:00 - Sam's music is not playing;  Sam's microphone needs reverb.   For singing voice, put reverb effect to 60%.  For speaking voice, no reverb is needed.  
11. Singer:  33:16 - special music rehearsal.

13. Audio:  36:00 - when adjusting the microphone stand, turn off the microphone.   
14. Light:  36:21 - Pastor page appears darker in the stage
15. PPT: Slide for point 1 was missed. 
16. PPT: Slides remained the same throughout.   The role of the slides is to assist the point being said.  Once the point is said, the slides can be taken out.

18. Camera:  1:06:30 - Camera did not pan out and placed Pastor's Page face bigger and darker on the screen.

20. Praise Team:  1:07:00 Praise Team:  Should stay still when the character on the screen is praying. 
21. Audio:  1:07:55 Microphone was handed to the center stage.  Let's prepare a microphone already to be used down the stage so there is no switching of microphones.   
22. Praise Team:  1:08:45 Praise Team:  Stage appearance and blocking is not symmetrical on the stage.   There are three on the right and one on the left.   
23. Camera:  1:09:30 Camera:  The camera panned out that should have been done sooner.  
24. Camera: 1:10:00 Camera:  The camera refocused to a desirable angle.  
25. Audio: 1:10:00 Instruments volume are down; vocal microphones sounds mute while they were singing except for the lead and piano.  
26. 1:15:09 - Lighting changed
27. 1:20:00 - Song Leader stooping down because his microphone stage is not in proper level. 
28. For ending of the live stream, if we can have exit timer putting announcements and then end broadcast.
